1. General provisions

This return policy regulates the procedure for returning and exchanging goods for natural persons who have purchased goods from jogai.lt.

2. Return and exchange conditions

2.1. The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery, if the goods have not been used, have not been damaged and have not lost their appearance.

2.2. The goods are returned to the seller in the same packaging in which they were delivered or in another suitable packaging.

2.3. When returning the goods, it is necessary to present the document of purchase of the goods (cash register receipt, sales receipt or other document confirming the fact of purchase and sale of goods).

2.4. If the goods are returned, the money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of return.

3. Restrictions on returns

3.1. Items cannot be returned if they:

• • were made according to the individual instructions of the buyer;
  • were packed with damaged packaging and the buyer was informed about this before purchasing the product;
  • have been used, except in cases where the product was used only for inspection;
    were damaged due to the buyer’s fault;
  • has expired;
  • are perishable.

4. Procedure for returning goods

4.1. In order to return the goods, the buyer must contact the jogai.lt store or write an e-mail to a letter to the address hello@jogai.lt.

4.2. The buyer can contact e-mail store or write an e-mail letter to receive information about the return conditions, the process and the address of the returned goods.

4.3. After the seller checks the condition of the returned goods, if they meet the return conditions, the money is returned to the buyer within 14 days from the date of return to the account indicated by the buyer.

4.4. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, then the voucher and other additional amount paid (if it was paid) will be returned.

4.5. If the Buyer returns the product purchased with a discount, the amount paid for the product is returned with the valid discount.

4.6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Concluding provisions

5.1. These Goods Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.2. These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
